Quality Counts North State is a grant-funded program that supports quality improvement in early care and education programs. We support licensed child care centers, family child care homes (licensed), family friend or neighbor (unlicensed), and alternative sites. 

Services offered include: coaching, professional development, funding, and scholarships.
