Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is located in Susanville, California next door to the Banner Lassen Medical Center. NRCH is a 501(c)(3), Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of people in the community. NRHC is the largest provider of outpatient care to Lassen County. NRHC serves residents of Lassen, Plumas, and Modoc County, with a population of approximately 37,125, with clinics in Susanville and Westwood. NRHC has been an important part of the area's healthcare system for over 40 years, providing comprehensive healthcare services.​

NRHC employs Family Practice Physicians, an OB/GYN Physician, Certified Physician Assistants, Family Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Dentists. Ancillary providers include a Registered Dentist Hygienist, Health Educator, Childbirth Educator and Case Manager.

Our services include primary and preventative care, obstetrics, gynecology, urgent care, dental services, Telemedicine, health/nutrition/childbirth education, and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program Services.
