Housing and Grants, Division of Lassen County Community Social Services

Lassen County Housing and Grants is a division of Lassen County Health and Social Services. Housing and Grants works to develop and implement affordable housing and community development strategies for low-income residents of Lassen County. We apply for and manage grants and loans to provide solutions to homelessness and improve low-income communities. When funding allows, we provide a variety of community services including rental assistance, utility assistance, deposit assistance, housing navigation, housing case management, emergency services, and outreach services. We are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 5 pm.
