Family Solutions Wraparound

Family Solutions is a division within the Community Social Services Department of Lassen County. Our department provides Wraparound Services for families and youth residing in Lassen County. Wraparound is an outcome, community, strength, and team-based process of supporting families. It is culturally competent and collaborative and places emphasis on the family's voice and choice. Each family is provide an individualized plan of care that hones natural supports and is persistent in find solutions.
Our staff provides Child and Family Team meetings where the entire team (the family, the service providers, and natural supports) is at the table together. At our meeting, we explore the team's strengths, build upon positive supports, and create long-term goals. A Family Plan of Care is create to help monitor and track the family's success. At this time, we do not accept self-referrals. Please contact your local child welfare, juvenile justice, or non-profit for a referral to our services.
